I work simmilar job to dispatcher and hear all the time stuff like "goods are ready" and "they arę waiting for home", proced to wait 4h for goods or to be loaded.

This happened so much, and now shippers rather communicate directly with drivers. Some are not using dispatchers or brokers and more. It’s out a place to lie to a driver like this and if I was that driver I would never use that dispatcher for service again.

Dispatch lies because drivers won’t get there on time. And they need you there so you can get the load to the destination on time or early.
