The problem with these woke females is that they are living in a dream world in their heads and any facts based in reality that don't support their dream are ignored.
I love how Dems think it's ok to pass laws that affect their positions but not them… Unless it's to benefit them. Like Congress passing the ACA and exempting themselves… Or voting themselves raises and benefits while the nation has to tighten their belts… Or funding Ukraine's border defense to the tune of multiple times what it was projected to cost to secure our own but that was too expensive.
It's disgusting that these people get paid richly and think it's owed to them while the rest of us live on (approaching) 1/10th that and we are told the government needs more from us.
I have an idea, let's make a law for the US as a whole, compensation for public service should be the average of the people they represent. And the tax rate they pay is double what they impose on the people… No deductions. They can find their own healthcare and retirements. IRS audits yearly and publicly disclosed. And they are barred from trading in the stock market directly, they have to allow a non governmental entity to manage it… And the people can join the same fund. And finally a goose and gander law, no law can be made to target a specific group (race, sex, religion, etc) or exempt. (Not an exhaustive list but a good start to wish for)
But this will disincentize people from running… Leaving those who are there to get the job done and not hang around for half centuries.

There is a bit of info about this video that really needs to be added. Of course somebody of color would be in power with a little over 90% of its residents are African American.
