The percentage of officers that truly try to de-escalate pre and post handcuffs needs to improve. Female cops are even worse. Imagine that lady going berserk towards the end of the video because the lady cop was pretty much egging her on to do so. What could happen is a fellow officer getting injured and the suspect contemplating the officers words gets loose from their grasp and runs away then jumps in front of a moving car or tries to hurt other officers. Lack of control over their own emotions is why female officers are more likely to escalate. Of course there are exceptions, seen some great female officers but the exception is not the norm.
The female officer needs to be suspended without pay and sent to classes on how to behave professionally as an officer. She may be arresting an asshole, that doesn't mean she can behave like that. Sounds like someone who enjoys having power and gets angry if anyone challenges it. I've dated a guy like that, I can hear it in the words.
Kick that door in! A child is in danger. The female Officer should shut her mouth with her taunting statements. That not helping the situation. Next time leave her behind. When you r dealing with the mentally ill any sudden movements could set them off. Possibly Crisis Intervention training for Officers in particular the female Officer.

You better have a warrant , if not that free american citizen homeowner has the right to defend his or her property from invading armed tyrants
