Great lecture Doc, I watch you to see if can keep up mentally, I'm 66yrs old I strength train heavy 3 days per wk light wt training 2 days and get out and walk or ride my bike, I was an truck diving alcoholic for over 40yrs I'm in much better shape physically now I'm working on cognitive improvement, keep up the good work 😊

  4. Hello. I am a retired Paramedic and am 64 years old male living in America.
    I continue to have a passion for studying medical science, health, and nutrition topics. Youtube is a convenient forum for experts in these topics to provide their respective information for public access.
    Over the past decade I have exhaustively watched countless hours of youtube videos on these topics by different experts, and I have found relatively few, which I am impressed by and recommend to others.
    I am glad that I became introduced to you recently when I happened to come across one of your videos titled, "The Number 1 Reason Doctors Tell Their Patients To Stop Keto".
    That rather "click bait" title effectively got my attention because about 6 months ago I started going on a Ketogenic diet (thanks to certain Doctors on youtube such as Dr. Ekberg, and Dr. Berry).
    To make a long story short about it, I was overweight, and suffered from many extreme symptoms typical of type 2 Diabetes.
    After comitting to a ketogenic diet (mostly meat, eggs, veggies, cheese and yogurt), I lost 60 lbs in six moths, but more importantly, nearly all of my diabetic symptoms have been eliminated, and I feel more healthy and vital than I have in the past 20 years!
    In this video, you briefly covered the concern of dairy/cheese consumption.
    We (both my wife and I are on the Keto diet), regularly consume various types of cheese (we try to buy good quality/organic cheese), and yogurt (usually a brand called, Two Good, with only 2g sugar), and we do not drink any "milk".
    Have you produced any video providing more information concerning the consumption of dairy products?
    Anyway, I look forward to watching more of your videos.
    I really appreciate the illustrated manner in which you present your information, especially with such useful data.
    Lastly, if I were to get my blood labs done, do you provide any sort of service by which they can be sent to you for your analysis and recommendations?

  5. I seem to go really well for about 6 months with my exercise and weightlifting routines then I get injured and I’m out again, then starting again from the beginning. Healing takes so much longer as we age .

If there is any doubt we are a predator species just realize how much we prey on each other to make a buck. Moloch. I also studied the results of my other metabolic ratios for insulin resistance and compared my results to your spreadsheet.
