  1. Really liked the explanation of why meditation works. The advice for slack line is a nice idea. I was already going to start juggling, my boss ex-seal juggles.

  2. i like to play fast chess up to times of 1-2 minutes for this kind of stuff i also play longer games because im better at that and that way i can improve how i play to then learn to play the same way fast

  3. With every step and motion you make at work ask yourself if it was a necessary movement and if you could have done something more productive within that movement. This is a good way to land yourself into a flow state with anything you do in life.

  4. Dude I’m so glad I found your page! I love martial arts and I love comics. You should look into anime as well. But thanks you I’m going to incorporate your videos into training.

  5. U also didnt mention, doing group training or battle simulating on soft surfaces then hard surfaces with weapons which would improve your battle processing and split second decisions

  6. I wonder what you would make of Iaido? It's a Japanese sword art very very focus and detail oriented, I've found it very helpful mentally for handling moments of crisis and high stress but also it helps me slow things down so to speak….I bet you'd have fun with it! Either way, great video!

  7. This video has been beneficial for someone that has dyslexia like me, In my dyslexia report my weakest area of my brain is my working memory which has given me issues over the years so this video has provided insight into training my brain, thank you for this
