Trust me THIS IS hard WORK. Im doing all this too and I started at 201 lbs… im down to 145 lbs now, in 5 months. Forget the Haters, they are people who have never had to do anything hard. This is real and totally possible. She was obese and overweight, but she wasn't like some of the people on 600lbs life… that is a completely different kind of Obesity. Congratulations. Take good care. I know this road all too well.

❤😍 love this!!! Did chloe tings workouts in 2020 (added a few others in along the way as well) but i lost 18 lbs in 2 weeks. I also documented it but never uploaded… These vids make me miss the workouts and want to get back into it!!😊
