  1. We are similar in our measurements and height I’m 5’3.5”. I’m turning 40 in late February and would like to start my 40’s at a healthy weight I don’t have much time left and I’ve been doing Chloe’s workouts in August 2025 but took September off for health reasons, because of your videos and your results, I feel way stronger but I keep taking almost week long breaks:( and even gained 5lbs! You are an inspiration. You probably won’t see this message but I’m saying it anyway. Thank you 😊

  2. Day 11 done, it was cardio and I did 3 lap run😮‍💨 lost .6 pounds when I checked this morning. Hope I finally found the workout routine for me 💪tomorrow is rest thank god 😮‍💨 I am proud that I made it this far🎉

    Also I’m glad to see that we both started off at 180 ibs. When I started last year I was 188, the most I ever been and told myself I will not hit 200. From there I lost about 16ibs and just hit a stalemate, I just couldn’t lose more. 😭 I have been up and down and nothing I tried worked, but seeing u has pushed me to try my last resort, running(which I do enjoy) I want to push myself harder than ever this time and seeing ur progress videos has truly inspired me and I’m honestly never inspired lol! Thank u❤

  3. I literally just got back from going to my apartment complexes gym for the very first time by myself (went once before with an ex) and im proud af of myself. And youre an inspiration for sure. Not only do you look amazing, you look so happy. And i want that
