  1. Excuse me if my body can lift my weight then why i am supposed to these exercises obviously my body can't bear my weight that's why i am doing these challenges but how can i do this one i wasn't able to do half of the exercise

  2. No matter how many of these I do, my wrists stay weak. They hurt like hell. I tried putting my weight in my fingers as well but it's difficult when you're already struggling to keep remind yourself about that. What do I doo

  3. I love Chloe but these exercises are not beginner friendly, I struggle with the balance and form rather than with training my muscles, there are much better options for abs/core training. I did mostly planks as I couldn't do 8/10 of the exercises…like what was this…
