This video hit hard that poor officer and all his colleagues. You saw the good and bad in humanity in this video.
😢
Isn’t it crazy how fast they run with the kit when it’s one of their own who’s hurt. Let that had been a civilian he would have had to wait for the ambulance before even being touched.
Poor baby the office died but died with honor tysm for serving for us I hope your family finds peace rip ❤😢
That bastard who kill the cop please tel me he die
I watched this full thing (there’s a 45ish min video somewhere else) and all of the officers were hoping it wasn’t him. You can tell he was a sweet guy. Rip Jonah ❤️🩹
The officer trip on the small pot hole he had walk over before comfronting the attacker
Isaiah is a damn hero
I watched this full video before and it is so heartwrenching, omg
😢
Almost every time it's new Mexico 💀
hearing Jonah scream while the guy was running up to him has me sick. RIP TO JONAH
Tragic 🙁
Isaiah is a true hero. Neutralized the threat and then went and helped the officer man I hope they recognize him with some sort of medal or award or something he deserves it
Hail the victorious dead
And good on the Good Samaritan dispatching the murderer and doing his best to render aid. We need more citizens able to do that when or if necessary.
I've seen maybe 40 of these EWU videos, and two of them have been in Las Cruses, NM (the other was the police shootout with a gang leader). In this country of 360 million people, that town of 100k has some of the craziest bodycam footage worthy of a channel like this. Must be all that Heisenberg meth circulating in the area.
I couldn't be a doctor… I couldnt just say we did all we could, and walk away. Nope. I would still be trying 8 months later to save the officers life. That is all I have to say…. Im so sorry for the loss of this officer. Its so unfair! Kudos to the guy who shot the suspect. He tried to save that officers life.
This was a sad one to watch but this is why you never go alone.
When the officer fell down I knew it was over 🙁 why didn’t he immediately Draw his Gun and shoot? We will never know
The fact in the uncensored version you can hear his blood gushing and gurgling out 😢
DOA on arrival
The body cam footage of him so stardled he slipped to the ground was heartbreaking. Who'd have thought the guy was gonna do that so quick and with so much intent.
Heartbreaking 💔
嫌な国だな、、って感想になってしまう
銃のせいで。
15:56 So tragic. I'm sure he was a decent enough dad.
oh god, the sound of jonah gurgling and drowning in his own blood will never leave my head. i feel so sorry for his family and all his friends, you can only imagine how great that man was just by the officers saying “no not jonah!”…
Rest In Peace officer Hernandez. Leaving behind a wife and especially a child, who will now grow up without a dad. Never take life for granted. Thank you for your service.
I've seen the unblurred version, dude was dead in less than 15s with that wound.
I've never cried on one of these. Those officers crying broke me. I pray for all the good officers that put their lives on the line for us.
The officers, the responding officer and his family, the young woman and her family, her boyfriend….all heavily effected by one man's actions of trespassing and deadly violence 💔
Kudos to that armed citizen
if isiah was charged i was gonna race to the comments, i still raced to the comments
Why wasn't this guy on meds???? Like seriously there is a HUGE mental health crisis in the USA.
Isaiah is an amazing person, may God bless him.
THIS is why we need public Healthcare & a better system set up for people with acute mental illnesses to get help needs to be in place. two lives were unnecessarly lost
real sad but that officer took that guy's stance and charge way too much by surprise RIP officer
That bystander deserved a medal.
R.I.P to both men. One a hero, one unwell. Sad reflection of life.
WTF AGAIN…. THIS IS TOTALLY SICK……
in the moment it was fight or flight 😢 his human instincts powered over his cop instincts 😢
This is so heartbreaking
What a courageous bystander
So, don't assist officers in need. Point taken.
Rest in piece 🕊
I watched all of the body cam footage, and this one broke my heart 😢💔 RIP Jonah ❤
Was the officer carrying a 2011??
Watched atleast 20 of these bodycam footages and this one hurt the most 😢😢😢
