If CPR is being performed, pt status is definitely not alive.
God so the call is one thing and then it goes a completely different direction
Did she lose her job or charged with vehicular homicide
It was frustrating hearing that other officer comforting her after she brutally hit that man…she was clearly ok, yet he was comforting her telling her not to worry about the man she hit…her life wasn't at risk, he could see that
This was a great video highlighting this issue, especially the end showing other tragic incidents. So unfair this man lost his life, leaving his family behind at 30. The cop only cared about her job in that moment
A long time ago it was seen as a bad idea for cops to chase /drive recklessly through a populated area.
Ive seen a few videos of chases through a residential neighborhood where a cop would back off and a helicopter took over.
Seems like that protocol has gone by the wayside ?
are people allergic to seatbelts or something
More reason to ask for better training
ANYONE else would be in prison for vehicular homicide.
I like how they say don’t worry about him
I've been an EMT for over 6 years and 1 of my biggest pet peeves is seeing how careless and complacent some of my fellow 1st responders get while driving. One of our medics once dropped the entire transmission out from underneath the EMS Responder car because he decided to do 70+ MPH down a street with multiple speed bumps for a non-serious medical call. I also hate it when I hear other 1st responders say that they think we're exempt because we're an emergency vehicle. People with that mindset shouldn't be allowed to drive ANY emergency vehicles until they can show they take it seriously. ARRIVE ALIVE!!!
I don't know how you think going that fast through street lights is okay. You can go that fast at moments but you can never maintain that speed through intersections. Tragic is an understatement.
Man that is so sad I couldn’t imagine she knew to slow down at reds
what a dumbass lmao 😂😂
Sad and scary
Wow
Damn, she f'd that truck up
How bout cops stop running red lights
If he dies, am I gonna lose my job?It should have been the other way around.
holy shit, in canada they need to be fully stop at red light like a stop sign, i guess in U.S they dont really care
Her career? FUCK her career. That type of negligence deserves at least 30 years in prison.
Less time in the nail salon, more time at the academy/driving school/probably gun range too, actually let's hope she does not have a weapon on account of those fingernails. Awful officer. Shame to the profession.
A Gofundme? The police should pay for that stupidity. From their pocket not ours. Tax payers.
Ok but what happened to the lady tryna shoot her son😂
Why not slow down when approaching a red light 😢
The way Hes twisted initially I thought he was face down
He was facedowjnrrom the waist uo and facedown from the waist down with nearly a 360 twist at the hip
He was literaly turned 360 degree at the waist when they flipped him
His spine isnt just broken it was twisted into nothing like when you take a candy wrapper and twist both ends into a ow until the center just falls apart
His spinal cord the nerves everything wouldve been twisted snd ripped snd just mangled… probably hip damage at that rotation
Nonresl way to nsee legs are dollar bones etc but I’d guess at least one limb had to have broken in tumble if not multiple
And his neck coild have very well snapped
They might have announced him dead a half hour after arriving at the hospital
But he either moments away from it with noth8ng to be done or already was by the time compressions evem started
As policy’s in most PD and ambulances are no matter what theyre not dead until the doctor at a hospital calls it even if it’s clear to you and everyone around you you continue doing compressions and breaths if life doing whatever j
It takes which unfortunately can leave a bad taste in your mouth and soul sometimes when you know and you wish you could just give them the respect they deserve but policies and insurance means they will not allow you to call it
You keep going too the hospital takes over snd they call it
Otherwise not just the hospital and emt companies can be sued
You personally can be sued
To be a cop you just have to be stupid AF and they will hire you
“If he dies I’m going to lose my job”. That’s says everything about her character!!
Terrible police woman
Hopefully she went to jail for life and got sued!
Failure to slow down for blind corners AND no seat belt? What a dumbass!
The guy obviously didn’t deserve to die. But you HAVE to wear a seatbelt. He probably lives if he would have.
If you're a goalie, tend the goal…
