  2. Setelah sekian lama off work out Chloe Ting, akhirnya balik lg. Sempet ngegym di rumah pakai dumbel & barbel & matras, kadang berenang 1x seminggu, kadang jogging sebulan sekali, jalan kaki diusahain tiap hari, sepedahan mgkin 2 bulan sekali.

    Apa pun itu, setidaknya jantungku senam & ototku bergerak. Thank you pretty girl Chloe Ting for making such a positive channel!
