  1. 38:30 God bless our president! He cares about the people and damn right he should go to NC first! And then what he says after. CA needs to submit their emergency plans going fwd and guarantee they always have water on hand and WILL manage their forests properly from now on before getting a DIME of OUR TAX DOLLARS!!

  2. Jeremy, your all or nothing stance on censorship doesn't work because now people are going to say you're okay with the pron in school libraries.

  3. 1:26:58 You're right, it has evolved. THAT is why people wanted it addressed Tuesday when you said you were going to do it. That way we could see where MULTIPLE people connected to G&G stand instead of playing politics and ducking the issue.

And don't try that BS dodge of it's ghey for people to "hang on your every word" and "want you to take a stand." If that's what you think then you should still be trying to line up gaming tournaments while working retail and never addressed what was going on with Star Wars or anything else. You got to where you are by taking a stand and building an audience that "hang on your word." You didn't have a problem with people wanting your opinion while you were building an audience so don't start whining now unless you're hitting your "MOM! Bring me chicken tendies!" streamer arc.

  4. Savvy’s answer was kinda stupid on the gooner thing. It’s not as simple as those for or those against censorship. Let’s be real; any law that says you can’t do anything is censorship. Proof: murder being illegal is censorship, because it restricts my or anyone’s ability to freely express our anger without consequence from the state: and we’re all fine with that. So let’s take the oversimplification and the me vs you divisive attitude out of it, and recognize both sides have a valid point. I agree, there should be a more modest approach at how we present characters in games, especially games marketed to young teens and children, but no law is necessary to do that. The only way to accomplish something like that is to allow someone to choose to want that themselves: you’ll never force anyone to do anything. I’m devoutly Christian, and free will is a fundamental part of being Christian. We chose to submit to GOD’s will for our lives; we chose to accept Christ as our savior and we chose how our. Christian walk will go. See, we can chose that from our hearts, because GOD has given us in his power, the free will to chose to listen to him or ignore him: to accept him and what he says, or to reject him. We have that choice. As such, we should always strive to offer that free will to all people, whenever it is possible for us to. So no; there shouldn’t be any laws against how people choose to portray people in their games, but that doesn’t negate my right to have an issue with it, or even voice that opinion if I so choose. And those that disagree, rather than looking for drama, so just ignore those words. Just as those who take an issue with it, should simply just not pick up the game, and ignore it. Life would be much easier if we all realized that.

And folks like Savvy, who want to draw those hard lines and moral grandstand with their “its those who want censorship and those who don’t, and because I don’t I’m morally superior” blah blah blah, leftist dribble, ahould really stop and use their brains to realize: just because someone who might not think just anything goes, doesn’t mean they want laws to censor your expression or speech on the issue. You know, as I said, you can’t force anyone to do anything, people have to want to chose to, and the only way you can make a case to someone about why this is worth taking into consideration, is to talk about it. So no; no government should get involved in this, by which I mean legislation or laws; but saying childish nonsense like that quote you read from Savvy is not helpful either. Just say what you have to say, listen to each other, and then make your own choice, and let others do the same. But most of all; let people speak without attacking.

  5. … I didn't even know Goonergate was a thing till it was mentioned here. Not surprising, I guess, considering I don't follow any of the channels associated with it.

But hey, here's my two cents. Censorship is ALWAYS wrong. I don't care who you are. As an artist I find it repugnant that anyone should dictate what I draw or even write for that matter.

There is nothing wrong with making a character sexy. There is also nothing wrong with making a character ugly as sin. If that's the artist's vision then that should be the end of discussion. HOWEVER, there are many variables as to why characters look the way they do and the market usually plays an important role in this decision. This is also fine. Besides, ugly characters can still sell well depending on the game and story involved. Just create what you want, but don't cry foul if what you produce fails to attract an audience… like that one Concord artist.

  6. I'm a libertarian. Saying we're simply liberals who want guns is retarded and shows a distinct misunderstanding of the distinction between liberalism and leftism.

Voted for Trump three times. Quite happily since he's the closest we've had to a libertarian in office since long before I was born.

  7. We know it’s not. Tik- Tok only problem but that apples to oranges comparison, you’re wrong on this Jeremy.

All the CCP needs to do is divest from Tik Tok and then it can spy on us via an American owned Tik Tok.

  8. People need to wrap their heads around the fact that the ENTIRE POINT of social media, including Tik Tok, X, Reddit, even YouTube is to GENERATE ADS LEADS. They analyse everything you do or say in order to provide ADS, PERIOD. And those ads may include political ads or direct you with suggestions to what the algorithms decide you might like, so they can sell you stuff, and that "stuff" might be political influence. That's why Tik Tok, and every other social media app is potentially dangerous.

  9. Three reasons: 1. Stupid useful idiots, 2. They hate the country, 3. They're bought and paid for by the global elite – much like Starmer, Trudeau, Macron… – who despise the West, ethnic Europeans, and have been trying to destroy it for a very long time.

  10. 7:00 You're right and I've said this exact same thing before, if they hadn't stolen the election in 2020 he would have just continued on hindered by Covid and swamp mutiny. He'd continue to be impeached over let's and he'd never have gotten anything more done. NOW he's got the mandate and he's pissed, the swamp knows it. But let's not get ahead of ourselves. He is doing everything right now by executive order and those can be just as easily thrown out by the next incoming commie douchebag. Trump MUST deliver and the positive effects on jobs, the economy, and the border need to be felt by the people. He only has 4 years to do that to set up the next MAGA candidate to win in 2028. If he is embroiled in controversy, stymied by bureaucracy, and ultimately mutinied against in a silent coup by Washington again, we'll get another figurehead president like Joe and his communist staff will ruin the country again just the same. The big battle he needs to win is with the Media. They have to cover him fairly. So he does have to court them, the media does still have power to shape the conversation and sway a segment of the country… hopefully that's a shrinking segment but it's true none the less. Biden wasn't getting positive press anymore and public opinion of him among his own supporters went into a tailspin. All Trump needs is CNN to give him credit for his successes that's it. But if they stay openly hostile or turn that way again in 6 months, he'll find things much more difficult.

  11. Trump has handled TikTok well. I’m not as open to it as Jeremy is because I don’t feel like China has the right to free market in our country, nor does China have a first amendment right. However, the idea DC is pushing right now is equal to the patriot act that will suspended the first amendment right in any platform regardless of country of origin, which is dangerous. If I have to choose between two evils, I choose more freedom, not less. I’m fine with banning Chinese companies or selling them off to American enterprises to operate them in the USA, but I won’t support a bill that reserves the right to ban any public forum due to the deep state perceiving it as a threat.

  12. Please stop talking about the stupid libertarian party. They do not represent actual libertarian people. No we aren't single issue voters, yes we know what we want and yes no one represents us politically so we have to vote for the closest compromise. You rent about their female emotionality but my got you get shrill every time you talk about it. Did s libertarian break your heart or something?

  13. Jeremy you need to reach out to Sean over at potentially criminal. I'm sure he'd love to come on a cobracast and the dude seems to be a very knowledgeable lawyer. I've learned quite a bit watching him and he's super funny.

  14. Hannity is putting me to 💤… 9" of snow in the FL panhandle, somebody needs to call Al Gore & ask him how the Global Warming is going. Trump has destroyed ALL of the narratives from the left. So be ready, the Left is planning another attack to launch a new narrative. I think Blue Beam could be their new narrative.
