You say 3 times before it’s a crime, it only takes 1 time to kill somebody….
Lmao a breath test after passing sobriety activity 😂
I thought my headphones were broken, apparently the audio is just- like that? it’s terrible.
I’d rather survive as a bottom half please.
It's strange that the woman in the car that caused the crash was giggling in the ambulance! What the hell is funny about the car in front of you literally getting ripped in half!
Even in my prime, I could not have passed a physical field sobriety test. I have never in my life been able to do that sort of heel-toe walk. And I also cannot stand on one foot for more than 2 seconds before I'm falling over. In order to be dressed I have to be able to lean against something or sit down. If I was ever stopped for a field sobriety test I'd tell him just give me a breathalyzer or take me to the nearest hospital for a blood draw cuz I cannot do a physical field sobriety test to save my life.
Three strike policy for a DUI is literally INSANE.
Very good presentation
I'm sorry but I'm not doing both field sobriety and breath test . Pick one
If you like to drink and drive move to Wisconsin 👍
That poor guy in the car. His car gets cut in half and amazingly he's able to exit the car only to be hit by the other car. Glad to hear he survived but I'm sure he has some major injuries.
I don't like when the timestamps are cropped out, I'd just like to know how recent this was; when did this accident happen? 👍That's awesome the guy that got his car cut in half by a snow plow truck and then ran over by his own car actually survived!
Ano.nTher cop channel just showing cops not doing their job , right
NON CRIMINAL OFFENSE FOR THE FIRST 3 TIMES???? WTF
Wow see lawmakers cant do the jobs right drunk driving 3 times
This is the first time I've seen someone do a field sobriety test and not get arrested.
What is the point for officers to do all those tests when they have breathalysers anyway? Is it a way to get more evidence for court if the person is guilty or is it something else? Here in the UK officers will just use the machine.
The real take on this, if you did not cause a crash and were impaired, got tested and failed you own it.
Please if you have some fun, don’t let it get scattered across the roads.
The driver of the car that got split in halves will probably get charged with being on the road without lights on.
When factually they were driving recklessly and caused the accident.
Didn't somone say the BMW that hit the car that was cut in half was driving with no lights on?
Can’t see anything
The police officers in this video are phenomenal, God bless them for their professionalism!!!!! I am from NY State, unfortunately, and will admit to having a horrible attitude towards the cops. In my defense if the cops in NY State conducted themselves more like the officers in this video that would not be the case. I refuse to refer to the cops in NY State as police officers, they have become modern day Ordnungspolizei and break the law/constitution and their oath regularly!!
"Chopped in half" is the title of this video. Turns out it was the car. 😮
💔💔💔💔💔💔❤️❤️🫂🫂🫂
Bro got a crazy story tell, surviving that bros Superman 😂
wow. what a tutorial! Moral of the story? gtfo of the road, especially at night!
Dude didn't do anything wrong, no reasonable suspicion, still got chicken dance
gee Wisconsin maybe if you weren't so lax with your drunk driving laws, you'd have less deaths related to drunk driving 🤷🏾
What in the final destination was that accident?
This might be the first time I’ve seen someone say they only had a couple drinks that actually only had a couple drinks 😂
this happened years ago so i hope this mother stopped his behavior because i would hate to think of where he ended up. 😢
Why even do those balance and heel to toe stuff if you could just let them take the breathalyzer test and that shows you the alcohol level ?!?
He forgot to say 1000 after 1,2,3,4……28,29 you would probably fail the test if a different officer administered it!!!!
WTF,, Wisconsin allows drunk driving three times before they charge you ?
That's insane. What ? Do they have too many people ??
I wish law enforcement had drones with infrared to help and look for unseen people.
Wow! You survived a crash that cuts your car in half. You get out then get struck again and you’re pinned under the car tire. And you still survive. Your guardian angel was working overtime that night. 😇
One night, years ago, I was driving home from a friend's house late at night. As I was approaching an intersection, out of nowhere in a dark patch ahead of me appears a wrecked car, in my lane, no lights on, no road flares, nothing. Pure luck I was able to swerve around that thing, and also thanks to habitually driving with my fog lights on that I had illumination all around the nose of my car to see where the debris and wreck were as I evaded it. So, having lights on won't necessarily save you if it's dark and the obstacle you don't know about up ahead is also dark.
great video
Does anybody know what happened to the guy under the car? i think i know but would like to hear better news
I thought Minnesota was a bunch of hardcore vikings that were in the middle of nothing but they're just California.
Nice graphical recreation of the crash.
relieved to see no one was hurt and thankfully no one was under the influence and being severely negligent. risky
Even though folks in WI experience winter , snow, slippery roads every year, doesn't mean everybody drives reasonably, respects road conditions.
Unfortunately, WI is too often arresting drivers for 3rd, 4th, 5th + DUIs.
Got to respect people who don't drink or limit alcohol intake when designated driver.
Drunk driving is legal in that state..lol
We dont need your input bud
🙏🏻
Wild. I hope that guy survived.
holy shit, never seen someone pass a dui test. if someone was killed tho, they want a blood draw, and u can still be f'd in court even if ur under
11:03 I'm sorry what? 3 times free? are you joking? There isn't anything to add to that. That's just so insane to me idk how to look at that lmfao.
EDIT: 11:06 I paused too early. As if I didn't see that stat coming… No shit, who would have though… lmfao unbelievable.
