  1. The recurring message I learned from the great Coach Greg is calories. I used to follow Keto it's dangerous because it doesn't teach you about calories. All you focus on is sugar and carbs you don't look at calories. Thus it's dangerous

  2. I’m a woman 5’6, and I can maintain on 3300ish cals at 150 lb (I play rugby and workout a lot). Most of my friends around her size eat about 1800. Women need more food than most think. When I was trying to drop weight 1500 was unsustainable for how much I move. This type of advice is harmful because women don’t realize they can eat 2000 and lose weight as long as they are active. It makes it harder for people to lose weight if they are starving. They will fall off the wagon. Love you Greg, but you dropped the ball on this video.

  3. Chloe Ting's workouts are a complete waste of time. Females like her are lazy AF. I did the Chloe ting workout once, and it was the same thing as doing absolutely nothing, so I never bothered with her channel again. She has no muscle tone especially in her arms. I doubt she works out beyond lazy walks, she probably just doesn't eat and sleeps a lot. She doesn't look that great to me. She looks skinny like any female who doesn't look fit. I'm a fit, muscular athlete and I'm female. Being skinny without any muscle tone isn't impressive at all. It means your lazy and don't workout. I'm not seeing the appeal to want to look skinny without any muscle tone. To know if someone is full of shit in the fitness industry look at their muscular definition and tone. No muscle 💪 then no way your not the real deal. Skinny is not fit.

    Also Greg does not hate on influencers because they are female, he gives props when they are due.

  5. She might eat more than you. I agree on the calories in, calories out for any individual, but not comparing individuals. I know asian girls (all that I know) who will give any of us a wake up call on calorie consumption.

  6. I like Coach Greg's videos and I've never really heard of Chloe Ting, but I agree this one seems off the mark. Not everyone wants to eat Guar gum and a boatload of artificial sweeteners all day. Plus whole eggs are good for you. And moreover an active enough girl can eat a good amount of food.

    What I find questionable is how anyone could have a real job and still have the time (and money) to spend all day making these recipes.

  7. As a guy who has a hard time putting enough food in my mouth to not lose weight weekly, I have to eat about 3,500 calories a day to not lose weight because I'm very active in cardio. Lift weights four or five times a week and I have insane genetics for being lean. I am so sad for you guys. Not eating egg yellows or actual butter or real sugar once in a while

  8. I'm noticing how his content has gone from informational to defamatory, it's like he's run out of useful content to post. How do you know what she does in a day? And am I the only one noticing he's kind of like a hamster on meth? That voice is kind of high too. Like your giblets are all dried up, wonder what might cause that?

  9. Tbh you shouldn't underestimate small women's food intake and for me chloe is not that small. Maybe bc i am 4'9 myself. I would be able to eat all that plus some snacks. Maybe you'll say i overestimate it but i know damn well how much i eat and i am not overweight, actually a little underweight. Also my friends eat a lot as well . Women do require 2000 calories plus if they are active it can go up to 2400. It is not always 1500. But i can agree some woman don't need as much.

  10. Yeah usually the average, if not most ppl think…to be on a diet you must not eat this and that and blah blah….no, diet just means LITERALLY eating less or differently AND OR MORE than what you normally eat

    it is better to fast occasionally. it is scientifically proven to increase growth hormone levels, which is associated with longer life

  12. People like you are the ones to drive women to develop eating disorders, the average woman (who isnt even active) should be eating 2000 cals a day, chloe ting, who is obviously very active, is definitely fine by eating 1700 cals

  13. To most people that amount eaten by an active, thin woman seems fine. But then again… we're talking Greg, who thinks that "the average person" is overweight or obese because they eat 1800 calories, as per his reaction to Abbey Sharp. When she said something like the average woman needs 1800 calories, he said "have you seen how the average woman looks?!" as if that look had been brought about by eating 1800 calories a day and not closer to 2800… So logic doesn't seem to be his strong suit.
    He likes to "interpret" (and I am using this term loosely) things his own way.
