  2. it basically depends on your body type, I've always been skinny but had belly fat if that makes sense and back then I was 45 kgs with fat and at this moment I'm 53 with muscles, honestly it took me 3 challenges ( which is of 2 weeks each) and I got those line side abs. IT MAY TAKE MORE THAN 3 CHALLENGES FOR SOME AND 2 WEEKS FOR SOME. (dont you guys dare to chop off food from your daily diet, just make sure you eat healthy food and avoid processed) also focus on your protein intake itll help you a lot.

  3. After seeing your video I started Chloe ting workout…lost 12 kg in 3 months….and still in the journey…this is the first time I lost so much without stepping outside house….she is amazing…
