Man, I’m glad I quit drinking 3 going on 4 years ago. I’ve had a few scuffles, but not to that magnitude. I’ve dranked and drove many, many times and never had an accident or pulled over. I’m not bragging, it’s just the grace of God that I wasn’t. I just turned 69 and started drinking at around 20 and never been arrested for anything and still married to the only woman for 44 years, thank God for looking over me. I hope this is encouraging to someone out there.

I feel as though the police escalated the situation and had the campers been left alone whatever the issue was they had would have been resolved. I am an Adult and i command being treated as such. This cops crappy attitude and lack of patience/respect for the people he is employed and sworn to protect is Extremely dangerous. Furthermore, the lack of honesty, empathy and self-respect people in the comment section have is concerning. It’s a black mark on parenting when parents want to defend the poor behavior of drunk adult children. My father would have been the one putting the cuffs on me. He did not want his family name affected by his adult children.

Classic case of people who dont have enough self control to not get drunk to the point of barebly being able to speak thinking they are lawyers.
