  1. Every 4th Wednesday, food bags are brought to Morningside Manor for the residents. Each resident needs to be signed up 1 month before receiving food. Today, Wednesday, November 22, 2023, I went to the designated area to receive the food that I signed up for. I was shown that I was not on the list. Last month, I saw Melissa Owens write my name to be signed up for this month and she assured me that I would be signed up. This is the second time this has happened to me. The first time, Melissa gave me an attitude about it. This time, Melissa didn't show up but had someone else drop all of the food bags. If there is going to be this much of a lack of consistency, then I will not have any further business with Melissa Owens nor St. Francis Food Pantry.
