  1. I am writing now after I gave myself more rest, I have returned to exercise after an absence and I started yesterday and very difficult exercises… But it's okay I have to complete and my goal is worth it!

  2. The audio mixing on these videos is always so clean. My problem is that my workout headphones (Sony WH-1000XM4) are super bass-heavy and they tend to muddy up the mids. I started using a browser EQ to make a custom preset just for them, basically toning down the bass a bit. It’s a completely different experience. (The one I use is urlEQ, it's nice because it saves the preset for the URL). Just a thought for anyone else with bassy headphones.

    I have just started this challenge. Just to keep myself in check I will be updating this comment everyday for 19 days i.e. till 23rd August 2025. Hoping to get some support from the people in the same boat. I got married last year and have been putting on a lot of weight . Trying to look good on my birthday this year. I am 69 kgs today. I'll weigh myself on the last day.

    ✅Day 1- Could finish the workout in 1.5 hours. Took a lot of breaks.Heart rate was raised. No muscle soreness yet.

    Weight-68kg….I wanted to be confident fit and consistent and I am going to update here
    Day1- completed feeling good
    Day 2-completed
    Day 3- completed
    I forgot to update that I have completed day 4
    Today is day 5- completed but skipped some exercise because today i am not well

  8. This is NOT for the weak, and I AM the weak, so therefore this is not for me. No but if this is day 1, what are the other days gonna look like 😭 I need to take a short break every like 3 exercises

  9. I started with 2025 pilates challenge. After finishing that program, this video was defenitely a challenge. Normally i hate anything related to cardio but i guess i need to face my hate and fear against cardio. So here i am, let's do this…

  12. I’ve started the 2025 HIIT CARDIO challenge.
    Current weight: 73.3 kg
    Goal: 65 kg
    Day 1: ✓ (I thought I was going to die)
    Day 2: ✓ (I can’t feel my legs hahaha)
    Day 3:✓I did both Day 3 and Day 4 in a single day. (I don’t even know how I did it )
    Day 4:✓ I’ve completed Day 5 too. (The muscle soreness has started to ease up)
    Day 5:✓Days 6 and 7 were meant to be rest days, but I felt great — so I went ahead and did Day 8’s workout on Day 6! (I can do the moves so much better now 💃🏻🥳)
    Day 6:Today was meant to be a rest day, but I pushed through with Day 9’s workout! (No more soreness — I feel way stronger now 💪✨)
    Day 7:✓I’ve completed Day 10’s workout too. (I think I’ve earned a rest now 🫠)

    I couldn’t update my progress because I’ve been in the middle of moving. But I kept up with the workouts during this time. I’ve lost a total of 3 kilos. My waist is slimmer and my legs are more toned. If you combine it with a proper diet, the results will be even better. It definitely works! 💪🏻💪🏻

  13. I’m 66kg and want to lose 3kg by 19 days. I have also been doing Jo’s walking exercises for week now. But I admit that I saw good results only following Chloe’s workouts
    So starting this challenge today
