For those wondering why she wouldn't arrest or use taser on him, I believe its because even while being tased, he can still overpower her, and things will go much worse. so she has to keep it calm for when backup comes

To many woman officers act like moms and not officers… you can't just expect them to listen all willy nilly. This is sadly how woman officers start getting swung on. They're arguing like boyfriend/ girlfriend. 😂
