Io di foods non ne mangio io mangio la classica piedina integrale con tonno naturale pomodorini e sottilette Light con insalata verde,Nudols fette biscottate integrali e i grammi di pasta integrale,io la magiorparte mangio integrale,evito zucchero sale pasta poca olio fritti pane ecc…ecc…tutti questi alimenti non li mangio da tanto tempo e mangio anche yogurt greco e cioccolata fondente,questo mangio da KINGANGEL.

  3. I had a nutritionist tell me once that I shouldn't worry so much about removing food from my diet. Instead I should focus on adding good things to it. Add a small side salad to your lunch. Add a small serving of yogurt with your breakfast etc… And like miss Zuka said here, eventually it kinda pushes out the bad stuff and replaces it with good stuff.

  5. Not only she’s beautiful, she’s also reading my mind. on about the way I should be eating properly. It’s not all about the exercising. I do need to learn how to balance the two together.
