  1. A bit off topic but I get a big belly when I eat fiber. Fiber is irritating my gut and it is not fat. I did the lion diet beef only diet and I also took my vitamins besides that C, D3, B complex, Mg. etc. for a few months and my belly was flat in that time. So if you're a woman and you are not on your period but still have a bloated belly all the time it can be from a damaged gut. To heal it you need to get on the carnivore diet or on the lion diet . The lion diet stopped my fibromyalgia symptoms and I mean all of them in only two weeks.
Careful if the minced meat causes you inflammation, it means that you have histamine intolerance and you should eat only fresh big cuts of meat like steaks etc. avoid minced meat, cured, smoked and dry aged meats, left overs. They're all high in histamine.

  2. Dr Goldkamp if you rub your eyebrows at night before going to bed with pure virgin castor oil, your eyebrows will thicken and retain your normal coloring. Have you done a deep dive on castor oil? If you buy it, it should be housed in a dark amber glass bottle, not plastic. It should be cold pressed. Hexane free.

  3. In the 1920s when movies were still silent the studios put their stars on The Hollywood Diet which was buttered steak and vegetables only. I found it in some old movie magazines and Joan Crawford talks about it in one of her books. It's keto from 100 years ago.

  4. Thank you. I have a gallstone and acid reflux since 1,5 yrs. Postmenopause. I have avoided milk, cheese and butter for many years. I only had those once a month. No liver or other organs. Only white meat, fish, veggies, some fruits. A lot of ayurvedic recipes. No grains. I get strange hypoglycemia from oatmeal and heart racing from wheat.
I try to figure out myself whats the best food for me. I can't tolerate many things by now. I also tend to have B12 and folate deficiency. My estrogen is almost 0, my progesterone is high. My cortisol loooow… I hope I am going to survive this. I do eat eggs daily. And take a choline supplement since a few days. Before I took lecithine (from soy…). Best wishes to you.

  5. Cause of everything- is PARASITES. We ALL have them and 100 years ago all doctors focused on were types of parasites we had and how to kill them. Yep. They eat the nutrients we put in our bodies and they are the cause of all disease ALL. Doctors will tell you the lie that only in 3rd woirld countries do people have them- that's laughable- we ALL have them…and what are they spraying us with with chemtrails? And what are they adding to ALL the foods we eat and the jabs they give? Yeah- you guessed it. Do your own research. Se a video also by Wayne Rowland.

  6. Yes the body can make choline IF you have the nutrient co-factors most people in the west are deficient in those namely Vitamin B6 P-5-P and B12 methyl cobalamin along with others

  7. Lecithin is a mixture of fats that are essential to cells in the human body. It can be found in many foods, including soybeans and egg yolks. In the diet, lecithin is the main source of choline, a nutrient similar to the B vitamins. Lecithin is converted into acetylcholine, a substance that transmits nerve impulses.

  8. This is a great video, thank you! Besides the useful information and great presentation, it's nice to see a YouTube video with good composition!

  9. I'm a 58 male and up until 3 weeks ago. 40 units 24hr insulin,20 units fast acting before meals .
Testosterone fell to 80. Started 1 meal 24 hr fasting, lemon water. Week 2, completely off insulin. Week 3 , perfect blood sugar, lost 24 lbs.
Gallbladder was removed several years back.
Started DHEA, olive oil,D3,B12 injection, chlorella for choline and vitamins. NAC, niacin, b complex, fish oil, magnesium malate, zinc, taurine, mk-7 k2, Dopa bean. Start TRT Monday. (Suggestions for belly fat and health?)

  10. This is great information, but I have a few questions. How strongly anti-cholinergic are Claritin, Allegra, Zyrtec, etc.? Can that affect be reasonably countered by supplementation?
