The officer might've saved the guy in the blue car. The suspect was trying to violently apprehend the vehicle, the officer had NO CHOICE but to fire his weapon there. What bravery… by the officer, to stop it before it happened with his fire-arm.

Guess Juan Valdez should’ve stuck to making Colombian coffee! But I don’t think the situation should’ve gotten to that point. The 2nd cop failed to block the perp from exiting the driveway after the first cop instructed him to, and even after multiple units had arrived they failed to block him after he’d completed a loop around the neighborhood.
Gosh that second shot is a little too close to being friendly fire, and then finding out that the bullet went through and through, make it even scarier for the second officer pulling up to dude on the ground.
