  1. Perfect workout for my rest day. Had some Run & Burpee training yesterday and i'm still destroyed today haha. But after the Bunny Slope workout i feel much better. This active regeneration thing seems to work fine. Even when its only in my mind..its fine for me lol 😀 Thank you Zuzka!
