Here's my tip,just exercise man.Building muscle and strength is done the same way anyway,I was super skinny before puberty.I'm 15 now,still slim but I gained lean muscle AND strength.I can lift up to 70 something kgs,probably more when pumped with adrenaline.All I do is calisthenics and I have experienced both hypertrophy and strength gains.Just exercise and you'll be fine

Just curious, what happens if I do weighted Chin UPS for strength hypertrophy and reach fatigue, but I notice that I can do more sets(and i do more sets) if I put the weights off. should I do the sets then?
What happens if I push myself? what happens if I don't? I mean I can do at least one of the two sets easily, no sweat 😉

Well I am doing 42 sets per muscle per week with each rep with my max weight I can lift, and even though I am not getting big I am getting stronger, I am not getting big too btw.
Its important to notice that both of these athlete are using different types of sterioids and other enhancing chemicals. These can be harmful when used. And are linked to prematuren death

So Eddie hall who trained for strength gained more muscle mass than cbum who trained for muscle. If Eddie hall cut the body fat he'd have all that muscle too. There's no difference. You need to gain strength to gain mass, and you need mass to gain strength. Mass Is a bi-product of strength. That's why bodybuilders implement progressive overload. Or, getting STRONGER at your lifts over time. Much like a powerlifter or strongman right? You ever seen a small worlds-strongest-man just because they life for strength and not size? No. And don't say "sometimes they take strength brakes for hypertrophy work". So basically what you're saying is they only train for size SOMETIMES yet they are absolutely massive??? Nah bro the work they do for strength puts on the size. Bodybuilding is no different. We try to get stronger and stronger over time same as strongmen and powerlifters.
