BREAKING – Third Florida Landfall As Milton Prepares to Trek Across the State

The last 24 hours have evolved rapidly. A few days ago, a realistic ceiling for our area of interest was a tropical storm. There was uncertainty if that forecast intensity could go up. With such a dynamic environment shared between the southern Gulf, western Caribbean, and eastern Pacific, models have finally latched on successfully to leftover vorticity from an east Pac depression as well as areas of spin that were already rotating across central America.
As such, we’ve seen escalating conditions with now tropical storm Milton expected to move towards the central Florida viewing area by Wednesday morning. Conditions will go downhill as early as Tuesday afternoon with precursor rainbands driving up rainfall totals before the main event first half of Wednesday where we stand currently.

  1. Man…I hear the anxiety in your voice brother, and I feel you pain from the worry and fear that Francine brought us last month here in NOLA. You're a smart guy, and I know you will have a plan to keep you and your family safe, and that's all that matters in the end. We'll be praying for you all in that area, and we'll keep in touch. If you need to vent you know my number, Lord knows I wore you out during Francine, 🙏❤

  2. Praying for you and the rest of Florida. 🙏 I’ll be on a flight Wednesday morning heading to Aruba, hopefully we will dodge any issues, and hopefully you will to! 🖤

Thank you for everything you do to keep us informed and safe!

  3. I'm on one of the barrier islands. Sand has been largely cleared but people's furniture, appliances, and other debris lines the streets. When another storm surge comes all that junk goes everywhere.

Got help clearing our stuff from local church volunteers and volunteers coming in from out of town. Private groups bringing in food.

Depend on yourselves and your neighbors, not the gubmint.

  4. Finally, another Florida disaster that isn't the product of Rick Scott, DeSantis, and other elements of Charles Koch's billion dollar bribed SCOTUS Citizens United Decision of January 21, 2010, explained by 1977 to 1981 POTUS Jimmy Carter as legalization of bribery in 2010. Unless you think global warming contributed, then it is a result of Charles Koch's billion dollar bribed Republican Kleptocracy.
