  1. Yes, that's true. People forget that old age takes away not only a person's strength, speed of movement and attack, but also the speed of reaction, resistance, endurance and, most importantly, the correct perception of oneself and one's strength. The only thing that doesn't change is your ideas about your own skills and strengths – in your mind you are able to defeat 100% of all opponents regardless of the difference in age, experience and skills. This sense of superiority does not disappear over time, but becomes stronger. The older you are, the weaker others seem to you, especially the young ones.

  2. Regarding his legacy and being knocked out by Jake Paul. The current generation of kids who, as you mentioned, don't know the old Mike Tyson might in equal parts not know that Jake Paul isn't a good boxer. They might just see a good younger boxer beating an old famous boxer. That said, I don't think Mike really cares about his legacy at this point. Besides, I also think anyone who knows knows.

  3. Mike still does training till this day and if the latest video that was released of him training is anything to go by, then I'd say Jake only has weeks to live

  4. This man is 58 years old. He publishes videos in which he hits the pads or the heavybag for 2 seconds. Do you see the position of his arms when he hits the target? He can't even straighten his arms. It's sad. He has no speed, no power and no stamina. They say that the power is the last one that goes, not that the power doesn't go. Besides, Tyson's power came from leverage and speed (apart from mass). He hasn't been able in a long time to turn his body quick, to create leverage and force. Watch again his fights from 2004 and 2005: poor technique, low speed, no stamina, litle power (he hits the target, but he doesn't knock out anyone anymore). Now, he only trains to lose weight. Have you seen him do some actual boxing training yet? Does anyone imagine that he sparrs? If he doesn't even sparr, if he isn't even able to straighten his arms, if he can't throw punches for more than 2 seconds, on what kind of drugs do you have to be to think that this is going to be a real fight? Has anyone seen what hapened to Holyfield in a real fight 3 years ago? It was sad, wasn't it? And Holyfield has kept himself in shape. His style doesn't depend on twisting his body as much as Tyson's (which is a challenge at their age). He is taller and has longer range. Not to mention that he was better than Tyson: he beat Tyson twice, he beat Douglas, he defeated a few champions (Foreman, Moorer, Bowe, Mercer, Ruiz, Rahman), he was competitive against Lewis and Bowe (the actual best heavyweights of the '90s). Tyson only has one thing over Holyfield: he's smarter. Which is why he won't get into a real fight at 58. As long as he has fans that don't know much about boxing, he can take part in such fake events until he's 90.

  5. The thing for me that stands out is that he is getting in with a proper boxer this time, yes, fury and that, we all know from that, a real boxer will beat paul every day of the week…..one punch can always settle a fight, i think that one punch goes to Tyson regardless of age and i will be proper gobsmacked if it goes the other way

  6. I was born in 2008 I know you don't f*** with Tyson Jake Paul is a pretty boy he's not like my Tyson anyway he's bit motherfukers ears off he's fought a gang leader twice three times if you count that court case he won two of the three if you count the court case that was the only one he lost Tyson also fought Larry Holmes which I believe is the same man that beat Ali and he rocked him hard if he can still hit anywhere near as hard as he used to hit back in his prime Jake is going to die or at least rethink his life decisions real quickly Tyson is taking this fight very seriously from what I hear he quit his podcast at least till the fight is over and has stopped smoking weed which are two things you really loves to do so he wants to beat the s*** out of him and if the rumors about what he said about his daughter are true we may see the monster that even he's afraid of and if he comes out Drake is not going to have a lower jaw he was a f**** Savage you didn't care about being fancy he wore a towel with a hole cut out of it as a robe to walk into a fight he didn't care about looking good he just cared about kicking a motherfukers ass he also has a mental trick is there someone down it doesn't matter how he feels he will keep eye contact with that person to create the illusion that he is in destructible which to some extent he is or at least used to be I feel like it's a 50% chance Jake gets knocked out 35% chance of Jake dying and a roughly 10% chance he doesn't get knocked out but still loses and maybe a 5% or 2.5% chance of him winning

  7. The biggest thing in mike tysons corner aside from his power is it still looks like mike has the HUNGER and that might make up for the age difference, something else ive seen through older martial artists is they start getting more cleaver in order to make up for the decrease in speed and reaction time
