  1. Never swam before and I am 68 and taking swimming lessons three times a week. I just got goggles that are for ocean swimming, tempered glass that are anti fog. This makes a big difference. My teacher takes video’s of me and sends them to me so I can see what I am doing right or wrong. Those goggles have a nose thing because I just can’t handle water going in my nose, it just creeps me out. It is hard being coordinated with the breathing, but I will not give up!

  2. It was my first day ever at a pool, I was even afraid to step in but after a half hour I was able to go under water n hold my breath, this is how I learn the first rule to swim is to have command on ur breath n once u let go off the fear, it's all easy

  3. I do easily train in water whether it is aerobics or power training. My feet off the ground and my head inside water is where we draw the line.. hehe, that is my greatest fear. I feel like water will enter my ears and that I will breathe water and die of drowning. How can I overcome this? I do believe I can be a great swimmer.

  4. I’m young I am going to swimming in four days I don’t know how to swim and I am going to get bullied for it I have lived a lie for my whole life that i can swim I am scared and I can’t skip it bc my my mum had to play 80 dollars bc it is a school activity

  5. I didn’t learn swimming as a kid and have always been fearful of water ..I’m 40 and have just started learning since 6 days..still little afraid but enjoying the process..hopefully I will become a good swimmer soon..

  6. I’m 36 and taking lessons. Its going pretty well but I got some water in my lungs on the last lesson and I’m feeling discouraged. It feels so hard to learn. But I will keep going.
