Hands and stamina management
Edit: hands coming back to face after punching
Pro boxer is more reserved and moves less to not exert constantly, and the amateur brings their feet together when resetting
Pro’s feet are planted. That bouncing stuff doesn’t work in the pro’s.
The Pro has a much more open stance than the Ameture, so it is more stable. The Pro moves more right and left using their torso and bounces around less than the Ameture.
Conclusion:
The pro has more stability and saves stamina bay moving around less compared to the Ameture
(omg I just wrote a essay)
Amatuer is staying at a close distance that is dangerous, and also he might gas out
This is a stupid analysis
I can see the pro boxer's legs are more spread out and the rear leg is more bent and the amateur drops his guard when having those tiny jump movements
Ameture is letting his guard down
Literally everybody in here is thinking too much the amature is not turning his hips and not at the proper range
Stability
You don't need to be pro to be like that. His whole body is kinda helping to throw the punch hard and fst

Song name please
The sumter is alot bouncey
he is using his opposite hands for guard when striking
while the amateur boxer is spamming punches
Amature brought his feet to close together. Hit him with a hook and he would fall over.
Definitely a miss match because the pro is looking close to perfect and the amateur needs to stop being square, keep his hands up after he hits, and keep better balance. Hoping around like that in any kind of boxing bad because once your in the air, your weightless and have literally zero balance. Put some weight on your rear foot and focus on your opponent to fix that and then it would be a fair match. Both boxers should have their butt out tho for better everything.
it just depends on your style, the first guy is just going more aggressive so it could give him more chance to hit and knockout soon, the second guy is just focusing on saving stamina with long jab and stepping a little forward
That is not a pro boxer u need to step punch step punch and he is not putting his all his body intk the punch
Better heavybag
they both are pro just one is elite. and its about style
