  1. So true, I started body weight 5 months ago and i got super lean and with define muscles but I can't grow bigger. If you can do 30+ push ups without any issue at once, you need either add extra weight or just go to gym

  2. You're wrong bro, I'm in prison and I'm 5'10 215lb all muscle and it's no weights where I am it's all about protein intake, and consistency as well as volume 1000+ pushups, pull-ups, squats a day will get you as big as you want too get.

  3. He's right if you want like big arms you have to use weights or you dont have you can just make them like ones for your arms and chest and yeah weights make you jacked i use weights and im big so i recommend this to people.

  4. Can't listen to a kid who hasn't lived long enough to make a statement like that. I've seen plenty people get jacked from body weight training. You have to do intense variations of body weight workouts. In my older age I got bigger from doing push-ups then I used weights when I was in my 20s

  5. Calisthenics is more than pullups pushup squat plank bud, look at a dedicated calisthenics builder and they'll look much better than whatever you showed, because that's just low body fat/skinniness.

  6. True: I did body weight training for years, and I was lean and in shape but not jacked. I recently started weight training ( 2 months ago), and already I'm seeing a lot more improvements and muscle.

  7. This is completely false. Look up the channel that’s good money and rip right, golden arms, Goku these guys all do calisthenics. Their mantra is no weights no shakes and they look like bodybuilders. Trust me with just body weight only you can get super jacked no progressive overload needed.

  8. Btw guys its also good to note if you want to start gym but are to embarressed or insecure, callisthenics will still help you gain muscle and will get you started so you start stronger in the gym, if you cant afford or dont want to buy a gym membership or equipment its still better than nothing, you will still gain musccle and will be able to lift more
