If they were, this ICE Agent might have survived.

He is an Ice Agent.Reality the ones they sworn in without going through the correct protocols for hiring a federal agent. Just swearing in these Supreme racist and bounty hunters. This is the results. Because if he was a truly federal agent, correct hiring protocols and training he would have his federal ID on him at the time. Protocols all federal agents must have their federal identification and badge on them at all times. Unless they are on a undercover project.
