Dude was lucky. Last guy I saw with a hole in chest there exsanguinated in front of me and I watched his blood turn from red to strawberry kool-ade to pink lemonade to water in his chest tube. He was dead as a hammer and autopsy found a hole in his everything.

Low key he didn't really run cop over, cop was out of the way and jump on side of the hood and shot the guy because he could, fired 5 times might I add , while being "RUN OVER".. Not saying driver was right, but he didn't run him over, driver pleading no contest in a situation like this is UNHEARD of, he needed help and received nothing .. No one pleads no contest to criminal charges like this, you plead no contest for misdemeanors and traffic tickets. Geez take care out there, get meds if you need to, they work!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Why did that cop get in front of his car? And NOT MOVE? He just wanted to fucking leave. He made it his whole life not getting shot by a cop. Just for this to happen.
Don't step in front on a moving vehicle.. not sure why so many officers do this. 😢

If there's one thing I've learned from watching US bodycams it's that a lot of your cops can easily switch gears to save a suspect's life after a crazy escalation rather than going in for the revenge beatdown or self-administered justice. Bodycam or not, respect.
“Because we’re out here right now”…. How does that circumvent the 4th amendment protections? None of this would have occurred if the officer honored his oath to protect and defend the constitution…..God help us

Im sorry, but wtf does it matter if you were a former marine? Who cares? It has absolutely no relevance to a police investigation like this. I see this so much, as if the guy says "Im a veteran", and the cop will say "oh you are? well have a good day then sir, sorry to bother you".
