  1. I’ve been running a 5k every week since June 1st. I always run around 1400-1500. Hottest part of the day. Never have a problem. But indeed I can drop 2-3 lbs. The humidity here in Louisiana is brutal. According to my watch I average around 26 min at 43 yrs old.

You definitely have a great physique, I know you say you aren't on any kind of trt or steroids, but judging from the scars under your nipples, I can tell you've had plastic surgery to remove breast tissue from gynomasticia, which is a result of steroids use at least in the past.

I have been in the Army for 27 years I am 44 years old and have different injuries and ailments so I often get in my own head (I'm too old, I'm broken, I can't do that, ect) I've been running on the treadmill and seeing your video today I got my ass on the road at a 97° temperature for a 2 mile run. Thanks for the motivation sir big fan!🙌🏼

Hey Paul what’s your take on this , I was told that when you do two scoops of protein that it’s actually a waste because your body’s only absorbs about 30 – 35 grams of protein powder at a time ( not the same for Whole Foods ) so the rest of it is just sitting there … not sure if it’s true or not what do you think ?
