  1. A musicians perspective:If you ever wondered why ozzys voice is so distinctive , its because his vocal profile is baritone tenor. Besides his one in a million personality, that profile is basically unheard of in popular music. We love you, Ozzy, and always will 👍

  2. Quite a few years ago I was at a good friends birthday party and was being entertained by another family member and during this gig who turned up but Bill Ward no grand turn up no fans knew he was coming he just got up played the drums what a great guy 😊

  3. i feel that mr Tony Iommi and mr Jimi Hendrix have much in comon – i feel that they understand eachother so well that they could have made the ultimate black sabbath orchestral experience altogether

  4. I love the cover of this album; kinda tribute to Britain at its most BADASS—-The WW2 Royal Air Force (RAF).

Don’t think there were Vegas betting lines for this kinda thing back then but the Brit’s were significant underdogs to Hitler and his luftwaffe (sp?) Air Force in WW2 (at least that’s what our US history books say—please forgive me if us yanks got it wrong). The RAF beating the nazis, made the RAF one of history’s most impactful successful underdogs. “Never say die” indeed!

  5. This is my favorite Sabbath song!!!
Just so incredibly fucking heavy, Iommi's skull splitting guitar riffs, Butler's thunderous bass riffs, Ward's doomsday drums and the greatest lyrics of all time! Just very disappointed they didn't play the heaviest ending ever put in a song!
Sabbath will always be the heaviest band ever in the existence of mankind!
    SABBATH FOREVER!!!
Correction, this comment was for the recent live version of Under the Sun, not Never Say Die, but still Never Say Die is a great tune!

  7. One of the heaviest swing songs you will ever hear and no one does it quite the all-powerful Black Sabbath! It has always been one my of all-time favorite Sabbath tunes!

  8. I can see why we didn't stay for their set after Van Halen's first big show for the home crowd '78. We wouldn't let em go, they encored Really got me, playing around with it, and a totally different killer solo by Edward. No point in staying for the old geezers after that , and this proves why
