  1. I'm sick of people who didn't have written language or the wheel yet living with iPhones now and calling whites racists while claiming we owe them more I never owned a slave my family didn't come from the 1 percent of people who did own slaves so no I don't owe anything

  2. It’s the snake that eats its own tail. The black community lives in enclaves so the undesirable behavior and standards perpetuate themselves. If we want this to go away then those enclaves need to go and the residents need to move away from each other so they understand this nonsense won’t be tolerated.

  3. Well, to be fair, if a bunch of white people move into the ghetto, they might do something crazy like clean up the neighborhood and increase property values, while you guys move into a neighborhood and all of a sudden there is trash everywhere, property values go down, and crime becomes a problem.

  4. It should be called "black victim mentality/victimology fatigue."

It's fatigue from stereotyping pre-1970s African American history as just slavery and Jim Crow sharecropping while ignoring the many African Americans who were not slaves or sharecroppers.

It's fatigue of that after going through the Valleys of the Shadows of Slavery and Jim Crow instead of looking back and rejoicing at the triumph over those injustices, including an ascendency of black wealth, education, and business successes while in those valleys (1890-1970), and taking inspiration from black heroism and strength and moving on, sit down and have a pity party.

It's fatigue of black nationalists and separatists, the "July 4th is for white people, Juneteenth is ours" crowd, dishonoring black contributions to American history by claiming black history is separate from US history.

It's fatigue of young people born in the 21st century who, instead of finding strength from their ancestors surviving slavery and racism, claim that a librarian "looking at them is funny" or a corporate handbook is "systemic oppression."

It's fatigue of infantilization and patronizing rhetoric regarding black people. That riots are okay because they are like petulant children who can only "be heard" if they break something. That we should spend millions of dollars removing statues because they "hurt feelings." That the souls of the ancestors can only "be free" or "at rest" if an historic building burns down because they're just that "weak." That instead of addressing serious social issues like fatherlessness, crime and loss of inner city jobs, flags have to be resigned because they're "oppressive."

In short, "black fatigue" is just an extension of the victim fatigue weighing down all of American society for the past decade. That everyone is a victim yet nobody is responsible for their actions. That everyone is a victim who can demand something from society and others, yet if society and others tell them what to do, it just victimizes them more. That being a victim is social currency in which "all [victims] are equal yet some [victims] are more equal than others."

In even shorter, "black fatigue" is just one symptom of a society "fatigued" by the mental slavery of self-proclaimed victimhood.

  5. We need to stop making everything a conservative vs liberal problem. This thought process creates division. We need to stop blaming and and work together. Great video with intelligent insights

  6. Telling people they can't talk about it is exactly why things keep getting worse for the black community. It's like an addict, the first step is admitting there is a problem.

  7. I don’t understand why the getto culture became the face of the black people! I notice that the black people that speak normal English on this site have a sever case of “BLACK FATIGUE “!

  8. I can't even finish watching the video. Basically pure and simple yeah there are racists of all races, religions and cultures out there in fact all over the world! But let me tell you something y'all good at destroying yourselves. And I'm not going to lie women are the worst! I have been through it and dealt with it several times in my life.Women who I thought were friends have stolen from me and attempted to seduce my husband. You aren't even united amongst yourselves! As soon as you catch somebody slipping and they're vulnerable, it doesn't matter if they're friends or family you move in like the wolf, on your OWN people. And yeah there are people out there who hate on anyone and everyone bc they are miserable bc misery loves company. But we're not all like that. You have mistaken our kindness and acceptance for weakness. There are two types of people in this world there's good people and there's bad people, end of discussion.

  9. To the English teacher who asked how we took a phrase they coined for us and turned it on them… Easy. The same way ya'll took bonnets from our culture and then turned around and tried to bully us out of wearing them. The same way that ya'll took inventions created by white folks and lied, trying to say they were created by black folks. The same way that ya'll found yourselves blessed to be born in America, where you have modern conveniences and opportunities abound, instead of Africa where slavery, disease, ans starvation run rampant and yet turn around and make it out like it's the world's greatest tragedy.

Actually, now that I think about it, it's nothing like any of those things.

Because ya'll didn't create the words, so we stole nothing. But the things that the black community has attempted to steal from other cultures? That's an entirely different story because we DID invent those things.
