I finally took the plunge and got myself a YESOUL spin bike, and it's been a total game-changer! My initial ride was absolutely thrilling, and I was blown away by how smooth it was. I streamed a cycling class and felt like I was right in the studio. I have this exact same bike. For the longest time I was contemplating between the Yesoul and the Peloton Bike. I was afraid that if I ordered the Yesoul, it would be cheaply made, but I went ahead and bought it online on their website anyway. The delivery was quick – about 7-10 days. And the quality of the bike is OUTSTANDING and it's very quiet. I would say it is up there with the Peloton bike. I have had mine for about 10 months now and have been using it 3-4/week. I highly recommend it. Matter of fact, I plan on jumping on it later on today. I got mine on sale for $399. Now compare that with Pelotons $2500. Huge difference!

For someone like me with anxiety, being able to cycle indoors has changed my life. Or really what I do is roll my bike onto our back deck. We live in the country and there is woods behind my house and I can even be back there when it's raining and so peaceful and I get the fresh breeze and it's so lovely. I can just roll it back inside when I'm done 😊 I own a used Keiser m3i from 2019 with low miles which i obtained on facebook for only $350! They are USA made and industry standard SOLID spin bike. Easy to access parts and great customer service.
I like her since she started with nothing many years ago. Love the no gym , body strength workouts . Sadly seems she is falling into the same as many others into making money. Yes we need money for our needs and bills, but sometimes MONEY makes people forget the most important things and their goal to help others. When that happens you fall out of love for those people. 😏😕I just take the good info from her videos and discard all the sponsorships
You should have opened with the benefits of adding an exercise bike to your morning routine and discussed why you selected Yesome over peleton – the current structure opens with a hard sales pitch and that could turn a lot if people off.
