  1. Good shit bro. Hard for me to do fist pushups so gotta strengthen my hands. Though i dont count a pushup unless my chest is right off the ground (gotta go all the way down). Explosive pushups you went down more and thats very commendable because explosive power is hard to maintian but super important. With the fist pushups you defintely could have went more down though. I think me going ALLL the way down may be extra. But them first ones were a litte half ass in my eyes. I mean i can only do like 15 pushups in a row going all the way down and trying to explode up. So im pretty new to working out😊

I did almost like 2000 x of shadow boxing working on on uppercut and hook explosively ,my testosterone went up the roof after 20 minutes 😮try it .did it for 2.5 hours the next day my whole back muscles and pec muscles and shoulders body are sore ! I won't stop it's really amazing 😂…*sorry for my English not my second language*

  4. I think those fist push ups are incorrect. Not to be that guy, considering I can’t do them myself but your feet must be together. This is actually helpful as well because this makes it easier and gains you muscle in your chest because your feet are tight which means the complexion of your body is balanced.
