  1. I’ve taken up Tennis in the last 18 months. It really helps your cardiovascular health but the best bit is my legs have gotten bigger.
    I had to balance both so I’m not doing too much but it has definitely helped.

  3. I have a physique most people would want to have but the thing is I have zero cardio vascular stamina. It has gotten better but in jiu jitsu class I have to rest 6 minutes between every 5 minute sparing session. Basically take every other round off. And I can never get back to 100% in the same class. I have one 100% effort then I just decline and it gets frustrating.
