  1. Hiii I play rep basketball and I’m overall an athletic person but I’m doing this extra workout for my graduation body. (If this workout successfully works for the next two weeks I will continue to do it)

    Starting weight – 56 kg
    Goal weight – 51kg (so lose 10 pounds)
    End weight – (will edit it once I’m done)

    Things I’m going to do:

    – on the weekends I’m going to be doing skipping for 12 minutes instead of this workout

    – I’m not going to follow a specific diet just going to cut down on sugar and drink more water while also watching how much I eat

    Day 1 – ✅ Pretty good 👍 it honestly wasn’t so hard but I sweated a good amount haha 🤣 I also took about two water breaks and did some static stretches right after to relax my muscles. (Wednesday, May 29, 2024)

  2. начинаю готовится к своему выпускному, который будет через уже через месяц! знаю, что времени не так много, так что как раз посмотрим, что получится из этого челленджа)) (помимо этой тренировки я планирую также делать растяжку, лимфодренажные комплексы и постараюсь скорректировать питание)

  4. I start it on 29 may 2024 weight 60kg target to loss 10kg I do this workout + abs workout for 30day regularly + 10000 steps daily
    Day 1 very difficult for me i do only half video😢 but complet 10000 steps ❤

    day 1: DONEEE BUT I FEEL LIKE DYING( Breakfast: 2 eggs, lunch: i was out so i skipped my lunch today😭but had a cup of milk tea lol,dinner: oats)

  6. doing this for maybe the whole summer (or maybe just two weeks) along with her six minute warm up that i will be doing every night (for reference, im like 53-57kg i think. we dont have a weighing scale idk):

    the night before: i did the six minute warm up and stretching and my muscles were STRETCHED alright. but i felt good though because i finally started it. i really couldnt stand for long after that so i just went to sleep

    morning day 1: 14 min workout i felt like my soul was going to seperate with my body. i really liked the low impact ones because it involved less jumping hence less noise. i kept taking longer than a minute breaks in between but i finished the workout nonetheless. it REALLY stretches your thighs here and your core (idk if im describing this right). i tried to do the 8 minute cooldown but my vision suddenly blurred out and like, i just overall felt the signs of fainting so i immidiately stopped it and just sat infront of a fan to rest. i feel tired and sore but accomplished.

    day 1: done but with breath difficulties and didn't do a full set for some exercises
    day 2: weigh 71.2(ps:i gained weigh lol idk why)
    did fully sets but i was tired af
    day 3: still same weight
    i did full sets but i was so out of breath and i felt so tired that i decided to stop but then continued

    1 day)I was already dying in training, but I still managed!It was very hard, but I was able to.✅

    Day-1 ✅ it was easy but I was sweating since I haven’t workout for a while😓 anyway, I’m doing this workout once a day with a diet + intermittent fasting wish me luck 🍀

  11. I have done this for 14 days before and lost *3kg*!!! Gained a little weight since then (been over a year), so we back at it again!

    WEIGHT: 69kg
    GOAL: 57kg
    Height: 1,67cm

    ✅ DAY 1: We struggled!!! But it’s okay, getting there slowly but surely. Added the 5sec countdown on some of the exercises to my break.

    SW:69.2 CW:66.95
    bust: 40.2 -39.8
    Waist: 35.3- 34.5
    Mid Section:38.4-37.2
    Butt:38.5-37.8
    P.S: Before starting this challenge I did Chole's No jumping hiit for few days as I have not been into exercise for quite a long time.I started this challenge in 23/4/24 .but because of a familial tragedy and my menstruation dates I had to take longer breaks.I skipped few of the exercises, Mainly did the optional ones too, cooling down is my fav exercise and I did low impacts versions whenever I was tired mainly for the High Knee or Push up I always followed the low impact ones.I am happy that I finished it, looking forward to more challenges..Good luck to you all ❤

  13. Hii, Im going to attempt this challenge again. I remember doing this during covid(was more fit then). Since then, i went from a size 6 to a size 14. I torn my Achilles when i was more active during track season of my freshman year. I hope this gives me confidence to start being more active.
    Oh, and here are my measurements:
    Waist:39in lower:45in boobs:43
    Day 1:👍 i had a few breaks here and there
    Day 2:👍For some reason, I had some cramps

  14. I just did my first round and omg, strangely enough I don’t feel a burn per se? (I do the low impact ones bc I live in an apartment) but I feel incredibly tired and exhausted??? I think that there is something very wrong with my diet lol
