  1. Very Good Info…I do tons of cardio with weights outside up mountians…cause my knees ache sometimes…from squats & lunges  but you help me learn many new different workouts…& am excited again from everyday routine boredom:) thanks xo

  2. I have been being super lax in my workouts and as a result my back has been killing me (it's irreparably broken with traumatic arthritis at the site of the break) and when I do work out it hurts after… My back feels great after this! I'm stoked!!

Why is this woman breathing so heavily?  If you have CV fitness this kind of workout should not make you breathless…..there are hardly any teaching points, instead we get an out of breath instructor whose breathing patterns ought not to be imitated by the viewing public.  She seems worn out herself.  What a role model!
