This Black Stone and the Kaaba are in the exact same place as the pagan temple was located during the time of Muhammad and the Pagans just like the Muslims of today walk around the Kaaba and then kissed this stone. So according to their own holy book, each and every Muslim, including their prophet Muhammad, are guilty of Idol Worship. You can call this rock whatever you want, it is still an object that is revered and touched and kissed in reverence.
