  1. I saw them at Canadian National Exhibition stadium in July 1979 with Ted Nugent, Nazareth, The Ramones, Goddo and couldn't hear for days after. Serves me right for standing in front of the mixer board. Ah the good old days of GA seating, you put a blanket down and that was defendable turf. I was 15 years and rock n roll was loud!!! 12 hours of 160 decibels.

  2. I know that managers are as important as the music but those guys( before Geffen) robeb Aerosmith deeply. Although I understand them, they were in the skids due to drug abuse, and they wanted to squeeze untill the last drop, the shows were stil soldind out arenas. Because the future was unsertain. But come on… 50% from thr publishing is a rap@; The 70's were more less professional.

"AeroSmith were able to conquer addiction"
This overbead voice is either uninformed or just stupid! NOBODY conquers addiction homie! NOBODY! Addictive disease is undefeatable! Its treatable and they can certainly live a happy life and maybe thats what she meant to say. Nobody beats addiction tho. Aint happening

  4. Saw them July 15, 1990 at The Coca-Cola Starplex (now Dos Equis Pavilion) in Dallas. I was 20, my girlfriend was 19. I’ll never forget the drive from our suburban Fort Worth town of Cleburne, to Big D. We took her 1989 black Chevy Beretta, her graduation gift from her parents. The Black Crowes opened for them, so we went and bought “Shake Your Money Maker” on cassette at Sound Warehouse on Hulen St prior to the concert and jammed out on 1-30 on the way. I still remember what we wore, where we sat, the laughs, the sounds, the Texas summer heat, the smells… everything about that night.

We broke up before even turning 21. But it’s all good. I’m 55 now, with grown kids of my own, one in college, one on a construction site. Wherever my old girlfriend is now I wish her the best.

Cherish every moment in life. Live, love, laugh, move forward, and move on when necessary.

    Thank you Aerosmith. ❤️🎸🤘🏼

  5. 1:07:35 word for word that was the same exact thing I said before going into treatment programs. It took some time for me to find something that worked with me but the best thing is that I did find it and it did work as well or at least as of this day it's worked. I have 0 planes on ever going back.

  6. Get a Grip was my introduction to Aerosmith. I was in highschool, I had just gotten my 1st car and I had to drive down a near empty highway to work 30 min from my house 3 days a week. I believe I wore a HOLE IN THAT CD! got an Aerosmith tattoo and went to every concert I could from that day on!!! It was 94? I think? My personal favorite was the Route(66) of all Evil tour. Where they were on a double bill with Motley Crue. Omfg hands down best concert I've ever been too! And I've seen Metallica ( ride the lightning tour? And quite a few West Palm Beach Ozzfests, and Lollapalooza ( epic 1993 ft. Lauderdale…Porn for Pyros/ Jane's Addiction, Beastie Boys, Green day, Rage against the machine…etc just off tha top of my head 😂) but the Crue and Aerosmith are just SO DAMN GOOD and entertaining. Same with Green Day oh ..too many to name❤✨🖤🎸✨

  7. I love the Aerosmith Band. I am glad they have improved their situations and are still able to have a successful music career for many years. They are blessed because not all bands are as fortunate as they are.

  8. I saw Aerosmith twice in concert , both before I was in jr high! man those were some great times. All their music is great but their best stuff is from the 70's and 80's in my opinion, cause that was the era I grew up in .

  9. This band saved my life,. Because of their raw energy and over persona i hooked into a place i could hang my hat! Now im 66, they were there when ever my life went South or GOLDEN. Now their in ther 70's or older!
    What a WILD RIDE!
and….I get to say: I WAS THERE!!!!

  10. Saw 'em only once in Rochester NY late summer in 1990. GREAT show. Opening for them were Metallica and a fairly unknown band named The Black Crowes. One thing I remember about their stage setup was a prop that had "Hotel Rochester" spelled out in red letters.
