  1. I love that he speaks at a fast clip. Ypu can play the video on youtube at a slower speed if too fast for you.
    Freeze video on graphs.

He rolls thru a TON of info in an hour. Can easily take 3-4 hours to dig thru and process the basics.
He is definitely a data junky and his videos are manna for other data junkies😊

  2. I really want to get blood work done. Not even sure where to begin. Omega 3/6 panel, IGF1, thyroid and fasting insulin. Can I just order them all at Ulta? I’m on Warfarin and would love to get off of. I went to a hematologist and I have the factor VLeiden gene 1 not 2. He said I’d have a twenty percent chance of getting another DVT. I’m sure that’s eating a SAD diet and not doing any beneficial things. I hate that it’s blocking my vit K2. I’ve been keto for 7 years. Not sure why CRP and ferritin are very high. Any help on getting lab work done would be great. I love the depth of your videos.

  3. Excellent video filled with helpful information, thank you. Did your male and female patients stop taking their ACE inhibitors and if so did their downward trends reverse themselves or did they just stall at the lower levels? Thanks.
BTW, I am now 68+ and about 4 years ago diagnosed as pre-diabetic, I was over weight, and my BP was inching upward every year. 3 years ago I began KETO. All my trends reversed themselves over the last few years and a year ago I took myself off of statins because of research I did. Had my annual physical 11-8-23. Now my labs are within normal ranges [I don't know about IGF-1 because my DR. didn't call for that test [so I'm going to do that soon on my own]]. On 11-24-23 I took myself off of Lisinopril because of your last video.

  4. I'm on Lisinipril 10 mg. I started to reduce it when my BP appeared to go down when I eliminated carbs. It went sky high and I had to resume. Is my PSMF diet contributing.?How can I compensate?
I f might say, I wish you would draw some practical conclusions as you go. It would give the mind something to tether to before data overload dulls the mind. It get stressful.. Thanks so much. Perhaps some carbs should be introduced to bring up insulin and the glucagon down. I'm confused. What is the practical step and how does it relate to diet? Thanks
