  3. I think the most important thing to do if you want to train for power in fighting is strengthen that kinetic chain. When you fight your like a lighter or gun you build pressure though out and explode the build up with the end of your strike.

  4. My Brother, I love your videos! May I suggest that when your punching that you breath out from your mouth, making a audible sound. Feeling that the breath is projecting the punch out. Try relaxing at first with a focus on speed not power, exercises such as punching small ball on a string, or punching out a candle flame. 🕯️🙏🏽
