Can’t say, I agree with this. There isn’t a one-size-fits-all remedy to bodybuilding. Depending on genetics, physiology, anatomy, history of injury, past exercise technique, and so much more.

why not bend the elbow like the forearm remains in the same direction as the cable and the pivot point is at the elbow joint
You should be sitting wit your back on the incline bench, growth comes from the point of extension, which is the opposite of the position showed
