I had a nutritionist tell me once that I shouldn't worry so much about removing food from my diet. Instead I should focus on adding good things to it. Add a small side salad to your lunch. Add a small serving of yogurt with your breakfast etc… And like miss Zuka said here, eventually it kinda pushes out the bad stuff and replaces it with good stuff.
When it comes to taking advice from one of the world's most beautiful women, I'm all ears. Unfortunately, I listened to this vlog AFTER eating a biscuit.(Or cookie as she would probably call it). Bad timing, I guess !😅
Not only she’s beautiful, she’s also reading my mind. on about the way I should be eating properly. It’s not all about the exercising. I do need to learn how to balance the two together.
