I’m currently on light duty so I cannot lift weights or squat due to my knee injury but I powered through and got it done!

This good work out all respect but I showed other guys this and they redirect themselves to other because these red jogging pants shows your print it’s not good for heterosexual men and I’m A women literally disgust me wen y’all wear these type of clothing and women as well make working out sexual showing they print love your style of working out but I want to share with other as well , someone got to tell the truth ha
Here’s the thing. https://www.youtube.com/post/UgkxS7ex6L4sMqpaTn4LnBPyBmRQsSingL8y These are not meant to be stretched to 12ft or 14ft or whatever else where you’re a 6ft person, stepping in the band and trying to do standing shoulder presses. If they tear, (assuming they’re not defective) then you’re trying to stretch them way too far. For a full body stretch, bands should be like three feet long, doubled over. Don’t buy the bad press. A fully extended reverse fly is avoid as far as you should stretch these. If it’s too easy, use more than one band at a time.Not rocket science.

5-17-2023 it is 2357 hours and I had just worked out with your youtube 30 Min. Full Body Resistance band workout. It was awesome first time RB training, and I was able to follow along with the exercises but had to modify a few of them, due to my knee limitations. In my late 50's / 5'4" / 240lbs retired uniform service, since then I had physical issues from it and looking to change my current physical state. It is a great RB FB workout video, and I am looking forward to training again with it. I agree with the others when they say "No BS Talk" Just Work Out! Awesome!
