I need to drink more water 💦 in the morning but I 🤔 thought room temperature 🌡️ water is better for my plus size women!! I am happy to know this is a great change for my metabolism and flushing my kidneys!!
Guys it totally works. By drinking one cold glass of water you to can burn an extra 4 whole calories. You heard me a whopping 4 whole calories but there is more you could burn 6 on the top end if you are lucky. That's enough calories to sniff an apple and not gain weight. lol
