This is my 1st time doing a workout challenge, im not really in shape at all and I havent been physically active in a long time so its been a little hard doing certain workouts, or even holding poses for certain workouts but im doing my best❤
Hopefully I can build up my strength so I can do everything properly👍

There were some that I couldn't do because of my sprained wrist, but the ones I could do I did in the low plank.
I skipped the intense HIIT on day 19 I feel weak today D:

15 july 2024 [day 1]: i did half the time for each workout cuz i wanted to go slow and steady, but it still hurts! 😭
Honestly we didn’t have enough time to switch positions even the 10 sec ‘break’ wasn’t enough
hey everyone! i've been trying to complete this challenge since it came out (embarrassing enough) but i just finished my first whole week (the longest ive lasted!) i feel so much better already and i can feel im stronger and more relaxed and confident throughout the day. for the weight loss, i do think ive lost some weight but not much, thankfully its all part of the process!! i hope it went well for everyone that accomplished it and you can do this to those still doing it!!❤

Ugh I'm usually so much better at bicycle crunches! Those side planks killed me before hand though! But I'm happy I did that version if a side plank well

I am really struggling with holding my weight on my wrists all the time. Does anyone have a tip to hurt less? It's preventing me from doing the exercise completely 🙁
