This is a disaster for water quality.
Title IX is a repeat of what the Federal government did with the Fed. Water Act. By taking an original Act or law and rewriting it in order to make it into something it was never intended to be. The individuals in the government attempt to utilize our agencies against the people. These individuals are government workers who imagine themselves in power over normal citizens and this is condoned by certain of our elected officials who imagine themselves in the same position as the government workers, (in positions of power over normal citizens instead of just employed by the citizens). This perversion of the government is what Socialism is all about, THE ABUSE OF POWER. And this is what the Democraps want to force us into with their liberal policies and their breakdown of the rule of law and order. They will continue their attempts until they have their foot on our necks and have total control and that is why we must keep our guns, the only true equalizer we have!

The EPA was right. Just cuz you own the land doesn't mean you can change the environment and ecology of everything downstream that's part of due diligence when you buy land
Models in extremis should be a part of law-making.
1) If a property owner is in a dry climate with infrequent rains (natural water channels that are dry most of the year except when monsoons flood an area). This person builds a hazardous materials storage on their dry land. When it rains, the hazardous materials melt, soak the property, and ooze into the normally dry creek beds.
2) A highway is created and the ground is obviously built up for a smooth, straight road. This new construction created a barrier and now water collects on one side making a marsh. This marsh has never naturally existed (was a farm field in the 1900s and a forest in the 1800s). This accidental march has now been there a few decades since the 1990s. The farmer is 86 yrs old and stopped farming as the suburbs have moved into the area and now has more roads, new schools, a few thousand new homes, and all his cousins and neighbors that were farmers sold their land to be developed into these suburbs. This old farmer now wants to sell and develop into suburbs to pass on some use of the land as wealth… only now the farm is mostly flooded and became a marsh because of the highway and roads of the new suburbs. This is now considered a wetland and cannot be developed or sold and the government that artificially created this marshland and unusable farmland as the marsh grew due to being blocked.

I proofread this BS. I hated it. This was Obama's doing. Most people don't understand that Obama tried to destroy America, by creating the Deep State, which was intended to wreck Trump. Prior to that, he made thousands of laws intending to destroy America. Finally, the Supreme Court is standing up for the American People. I witnessed this having worked for some of the most prestigious law firms, which tried to prevent Trump from hiring the best attorneys. The two worst states are California and New York. Most of New York's judges, who are corrupt, were chosen by the Democratic Party.
