  3. I’ve had low testosterone since teenage years. I’m 43 now. Was on injections from 20 but found out it gave me zero sperm count. Stopped it for 5 years and some sperm has come back but classed as low sperm count.

    Because of all this, I never lived a young life. Always been old in a cosmetically youthful body.

  4. Late 13 to early 16yr old me would be under most of these categories lmao, before 13 i was living such a good life, i wasnt rich or anything, my daily habits were good and healthy. Moved countries and lost myself, been trying to get back to my old self. Im almost 18 now, was just feeling like shit, and just decided to change my life around, took a blood test and they said my T lvls are at 700+ ng/dl, which is x3+ of average, for all men the average testosterone needs to be at 1000 ng/dl. But its hard to achieve those lvls due to the stuff they put in waters, foods, shampoos, soaps, and even CLOTHING

    Try getting natural soaps and shampoos, make sure you're clothes are over 90% cotton if not entirely, avoid polyester, most underwears are made of polyester to lower testosterone, polyester is plastic, its toxic and has lots of fake estrogens that literally are in contact with your balls, your balls create testosterone.

    Also get a reverse osmosis water filter, shouldn't cost more than $250-300, in canada it isnt that bad but in US its so bad, there's so much estrogen in the waters that its turning the frogs that are in the water system literally gay, the frog's bodies change into female and they start laying eggs… Now ofc it wont affect humans that quick since we're much larger than frogs, but it eventually will ..

    Point form summary:

    – get natural soaps/shampoo, i recommend "every man jack" brand, its pretty cheap, you can find it walmart/order online

    – working out and eating healthy, i shouldnt even have to mention those

    – get a reverse osmosis water filter ASAP

    – avoid drinking/eating from plastic, carry a metal bottle around and get a metal lunch box.

    Just follow those tips, take a blood test before you do those things, and then take another one after 5 months of doing the things I mentioned, i promise you will see MAJOR results

  5. i definitly fap to much i workout an hour everyday sleep 9 hours cardio wake up early and i still never get morning wood i just dont have muh discipline for fapping any tips >?
